Rivers Fishing Starts Again.

Posted by: fishingfan on Thursday, June 17, 2010 (12:35:35)
The River fishing season is back with us again in England and Wales.

Went down myself on the opening night to a place on the River Stour in Dorset on the evening of the 16th. Blanked on the first day, but never mind the season can only get better. Can't it ?

A reminder to those of you that may not of fished since April that your Rod License will need to be renewed. You can do that at Post Offices in person or buy your Rod License Online

It didn't have sea-lice but very fresh. He saw a couple more springers there as well.
Unfortunately no picture as he doesn't carry a camera with him.
The river is now at summer level - 0.36m on the Bal ...   read more ...
