It has been a while since I reviewed at site from the States, but NY-Outdoors.com is worth the wait.

The site is about fishing and hunting in the State of New York, and I m going to concentrate my review on the fishing related side of the site...as that s what I m interested in after all.

The site has several interesting articles on the site, including an introduction to Ice Fishing, which could be useful at certain times of the year over here in the UK!

There s a fairly active forum for discussion and questions about fishing in the general and NY state in particular. Also you can submit your pictures online to their gallery if you have a good one to show off. You can even submit an article to the site if you so wish.

The site also features a useful set of tools and information if you are going fishing in the state or planning to, with a list of rules and regulations, sea and sunrise plus moon phase information, knots (including some good diagrams on how to tie them), and the all important weather forecasts.

The site also has links to other related sites and is very easy to navigate around. I would recommend a visit to anyone who goes fishing or is planning to in New York State.
